This beautiful Napa Valley wine displays bright, sun-kissed aromas of fresh guava, grapefruit, lime and mineral, with hints of honeydew melon and golden apple. Sprightly on the palate, with brisk white grapefruit, guava, melon and lemon-lime flavors that display mouthwatering verve, with hints of pineapple and kiwi fruit on the long, refreshing finish. |

In a bowl, mix together the eggs and egg yolks, sugar and salt, whisking vigorously. Gradually add the milk, continuing to whisk until blended. Whisk over low heat until mixture reads 160 degrees fahrenheit. Strain through fine mesh back into the bowl and whisk in vanilla, nutmeg and cinnamon. If you so choose, add 1cup of bourbon whiskey and 1/2 cup on cognac at this point. Cover the bowl with plastic and refrigerate. When cool, whip heavy cream into stiff peaks and fold into eggnog mixture until thoroughly blended. |

We start with some of the finest tasting water nature has to offer. Natural snow-melt, drained through acres of mineral rich soil and stone from 14,000 ft elevation. We then marry it with grain spirits that have been carefully distilled to achieve the highest level of purity without reaching absolute neutrality of character. Slow filtration through a bed of natural coconut shell charcoal strips away traces of sulphur and chlorine to unveil the clean, lightly floral aromatic qualities. This careful process yields a premium Vodka with an imitable body and character. Simply put, we couldn’t make it this good anywhere else in the world. |
